Position Overview:
ZAG FIRST B2B Marketing is looking for a full-time, fully remote B2B Lead Generation Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience leveraging Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and paid LinkedIn advertising to increase the quality and quantity of leads we generate for our clients.

Key skills needed for this position
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience with Google Ads. Beyond just certification (because let’s be honest, those tests are kind of a joke), this role should have extensive knowledge and expertise in the nuances of using Google Ads to create campaigns and drive quality conversions. Please note that while we’d prefer at least 5 years of experience, we are willing to consider candidates with less experience, provided they are skilled, knowledgeable, and eager to learn.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO. We have copywriters and developers who can execute an SEO strategy once it’s in place, but we’re looking for an SEO leader to audit websites, conduct analyses, and set strategies to improve search rankings for targeted keywords.
- Familiarity with paid LinkedIn Ads. We have just begun experimenting with paid LinkedIn Ads for our clients, and we’re looking for a specialist who can help us create a successful and repeatable strategy.
- A “let’s figure it out” mentality. As a small agency, every ZAG FIRST team member works on a wide variety of client projects. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and eager to dive in and learn new techniques, software, and best practices.

Primary responsibilities of the Lead Generation Marketing Specialist
- Develop strategy, monitor, and execute day-to-day lead generation efforts for all our clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to create project plans, assign tasks, and complete work on schedule and to the best of our ability.
- Manage lead generation initiatives within the Asana project management software to make sure that all changes, updates, and to-dos are recorded and tracked.
